Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days . If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Details must be checked before accessing any of our products or offers. And definitely contact us via email or contact to know more. To get a refund, the product must be faulty, incomplete and of poor quality.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing returns
- If you still haven’t received the refund, first check your bank, wallet, credit card account again.
- Then contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
